Tony saved me some hot July days! I had been hearing long hard start sounds from my AC unit in the heat. It's only 5 years old so I almost ignored it, but it got to the point where I decided to call someone out to check. Tony responded quickly and was able to come out the next day. The capacitor was so low he was surprised it was still working. He switched it out (under warranty) and is doing all the paperwork for the switch. He was also extremely upfront and honest, as well as being quick. It was all done in under 40 minutes. He gave me a few options that might be worth doing in the future, but told me they were not worth it now. They are also a family-run local business, always great to support one of those. We had an issue with our AC and they were very prompt in coming out to inspect and resolve.  They were thorough and detailed in their review, provided various reasonable options, and did not simply try to push a new system on us. Tony and his team came and replaced our air-conditioning unit. We called on Monday. He was able to come out, look at the unit and identify that it needed to be replaced. It took less than 24 hours to get our air-conditioning back up and running on one of the hottest weeks of the year. Brandin and Justin were polite and they worked clean. Tony (the owner) even stopped by at the end of the day to make sure that everything was running properly. I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. To address the issue they are attempting to charge us nearly 100 dollars to fix an issue one day aftet replacement. Literally cannot say enough good things about air for you and Anthony and his crews! Anthony took the time to explain what was wrong and all the options. In addition he expressed how much extra they are willing to do when it comes to changing out pipes to the units or even something as simple as installing an energy efficient thermostat. We called Air for you from local recommendations and we so glad we did!  Tony came out within 30 minutes of our call and had our AC running within an hour!  He was fast, friendly, and HONEST! Anthony was referred to our family for our AC unit repair. Anthony diagnosed the unit and was upfront with different options and possibilities for our plans moving forward. We chose to purchase a new unit from Anthony. He made this process extremely easy and comfortable. Our duct work needed repair as well and Anthony and his team were efficient and very professional. Everyone was polite and respectful, and the work was completed at a high level in no time at all. Very, very pleased.
